Do I need to crop my pet photo first?
Nope! Upload your photo exactly how it is. We have professional graphic designers who will do all the work for you.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because your order is specific to your pet, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and so we can work together to solve the issue.
Is WAGSLAPS for cats too?
Yes! Any and all pets are welcome, we will even accept humans!
How long will it take to get my stickers?
Since we design your stickers specifically for your pet, we will need at least 5-7 days to produce and ship your order. This is just a rough estimate, we try our hardest to get all orders out ASAP. Shipping nationally takes around 3-5 days.
Can my Wagslaps include more than one pet?
In some cases yes, and some cases no. If you would like more than one pet in a sticker, try to capture an image of the pets close together. Any gaps can be shown in the end result. Only one photo is allowed to be uploaded per item.
I'm worried my image won't make a good sticker.
We take pride in the quality of our stickers. Please make sure your image is bright and clear of pixels or blur. If we don't think your image will work, we will contact you for a different picture to try.
Any photoshop adjustments are the responsibility of the customer. Sometimes we will adjust brightness if necessary.
How durable are the stickers?
We only use the highest quality vinyl with a UV protective lamination. Your stickers will stay in tact through the elements, dishwashers, and sun exposure when applied to a clean, dry surface.
Will I see a preview of my stickers?
No, kind of like subscription boxes, there’s an element of surprise to the process! If you would like to see a proof, just request this in the "Additional Notes" section before you apply the item to your cart.
